Free spins missing
so i was supposed to get 30 free spins after making a deposit, but nothing’s showing up in my account. i did all the steps, no weird browser settings or anything. triple-checked the promo terms too - sometimes they hide some sneaky requirement like a code or a certain slot you have to open first, but i don’t see anything obvious. tried logging out and back in, even rebooted my phone like some superstitious gambler trying to break a losing streak.
just for fun, i tried loading a couple of the usual slots where bonuses show up. nada. not exactly feeling like lady luck is on my side with this one. i know sometimes bonuses take a bit to show up but this feels longer than usual.
has anyone else ever had spins go missing like this? is it better to wait it out or am i in for a wild ride with customer support?
I’d push back on the “wait it out” idea. In my experience, if free spins aren’t there once the deposit actually settles, they usually never appear on their own. Same shabby plumbing they use on blackjack promos, just dressed up nicer.
yep
