jackpot wheel landed minor but transaction log says mini prize

so here’s a weird one. i spun the jackpot wheel just now, it clearly landed on the minor slice, lights, sound, even the confetti. i was kinda low-key celebrating, not a huge win but better than mini. then i check my transaction log and it says i got paid for the mini prize instead. no sign of the minor payout anywhere, and the history only lists the mini.

not the first time i’ve had something glitchy on a bonus game but usually it’s a visual bug, not a mismatch in what actually gets credited. is this something anyone else has seen? makes me wish there was a roulette wheel audit log you could just pull up on demand. really don’t feel like fighting with support unless this is common and there’s a trick to getting it sorted faster. anyone have advice or should i just screenshot everything and start the “friendly” chat?

Yeah, screenshot everything. I’ve seen wheel bonuses show the wrong slice before. Poor live quality makes people assume the lights are right?!

Yeah, that’s the part I’d care about: if the transaction log is calling it mini, I trust the back-end over the confetti every time, because these wheel games love vague bonus terms and cheap presentation. Did your log show a round ID or exact timestamp tied to that spin, or just “mini” and nothing else?

I’d definitely screenshot everything before opening the chat — the transaction history, game history, time of the spin and the jackpot amount if you still have it. If the wheel clearly showed Minor but the server recorded Mini, support should at least be able to check the game round ID and tell you which result was actually generated server-side.

I’ve seen plenty of jackpot clips and replays while browsing Jackpot Sounds, and situations like this are exactly why having a proper replay or round history matters. I wouldn’t rely on the animation alone, but if you have any screenshots or a recording showing Minor, I’d send those together with the round ID. Much easier than trying to explain the whole thing from memory.
