I’d definitely screenshot everything before opening the chat — the transaction history, game history, time of the spin and the jackpot amount if you still have it. If the wheel clearly showed Minor but the server recorded Mini, support should at least be able to check the game round ID and tell you which result was actually generated server-side. I’ve seen plenty of jackpot clips and replays while browsing Jackpot Sounds , and situations like this are exactly why having a proper replay or round history matters. I wouldn’t rely on the animation alone, but if you have any screenshots or a recording showing Minor, I’d send those together with the round ID. Much easier than trying to explain the whole thing from memory.
