stake slot dropped connection during collect screen and win stayed pending.

was playing a random slot and just as it was showing the collect screen after a big spin the connection dropped out. when i logged back in, the balance didn’t update and the win was still “pending.” never had this before, usually when i lose connection mid-round the slot will pick up right where it left off, but it looks like the site just locked the whole thing up at the worst time.

tried refreshing and logging in and out, nothing. sent a message to support but no answer yet. i take screenshots of every big hit out of habit and have all the screen grabs so i don’t think i’m totally out of luck, but i’m not sure how long this stuff normally takes to resolve.

has anybody else had a pending win just hang there like that? did support fix it quick or did you have to wait?
