stake slot disconnected during gamble feature and win got marked unresolved.

so i was spinning on a slot and hit the gamble feature after a bonus, then the connection dropped right in the middle of the gamble. i got back in, but the win got marked as “unresolved” and never finished the gamble. it’s just sitting there in my session history, not added to balance, not lost either, just… nothing. it’s been over a day now with no change.

has anyone else dealt with this? i double-checked my browser and even cleared cache but it’s the same. did your win ever get resolved or did you have to go through support to sort it?
