Had this situation tonight - dealer clearly busted in blackjack, I should’ve won, but the payout came as a push. Went to support and they’re acting like they need an exact time stamp for the hand to even look at it. Thing is, I was playing a few tables and didn’t think to jot down the hand number or make a screenshot. Honestly, who’s tracking every split second in the middle of a session? Got my transaction history but it’s just deposits and payouts, nothing about the hand results themselves.

Feels like they’re making it harder than it has to be. Not even asking for the moon, just the hand review. Anyone else dealt with support being this picky? Wondering if there’s a better system for tracking blackjack hands or if everyone is just out here flying blind and hoping for the best. Usually I’m tracking bets and runs, but not at the level they’re asking for. Just seems off that a clear error is getting swept unless I become a detective.
