caesars blackjack froze after split and only one hand showed in history

Split a pair of 8s, both hands get played, but the game totally locks up after I hit on the second one. Once it reloaded, my balance looked right, but only the first hand even shows in the game history. Can’t tell if I got paid out right or if something’s off, and customer support just copy-pasted some generic line at me. Anyone else had something like this happen? Not my first tech glitch with live blackjack, but I usually get all the hand data. Starting to feel like keeping my own notes is less hassle than chasing these missing hands.

Lol the freeze sucks, but only one hand in history is the part that'd piss me off. Was this on a bonus wager or your regular bankroll, and did the promo tracker move at ALL after the split

yeah i’ve had that exact dumb mess on live blackjack after a split. the part people miss is hand history and settlement history are not always the same thing, which is shady-looking as hell when the ui freezes. in classic blackjack i’ve seen one split hand vanish from the pretty replay screen, but the balance moved like both hands settled off the dealer upcard/result feed. support acts like you asked them to solve a moon landing too lol. if the money’s right, it’s usually a display screwup, not a missing hand.
