Back to Blackjack

stake live blackjack seat froze after i split and only one hand settled.

so i was playing live blackjack and had a split with a pretty big bet down, one hand got settled but the other just sat there frozen. dealer kept dealing to everyone else but my second hand just disappeared and my seat stayed stuck the whole rest of the shoe. i refreshed and still nothing, it was like that hand got lost somewhere in the void. checked my balance and only the first half of the split got paid out, no sign of the other hand anywhere in the history. felt pretty sketchy

this happen to anyone else? i don’t usually play much live blackjack, i’m more on slots promos and those glitches are rare, but this is the first time i’ve seen a table just miss a hand completely. thinking if it’s worth pushing support for the payout or if that just goes nowhere. definitely didn’t feel good watching the rest of the table finish up while my hand just got ignored.

Yeah, push support. A split is two bets, little toaster, not one 😅 i ate this once and waited too long. Same reason i’d rather fire a dumb sunday nfl line than babysit a live dealer ghost hand!!!

nah the thing id want is the round id before the dealer shift ate it, support always acts blind without that. what live casino was this, one of the cheap review-farm ones 🙃

Was it NetBet live by chance?

its always the bonus angle that gets me heated tbh they dangle some live reload or cashback and the second u move off slots into some land based casino stream circus ur suddenly on ur own when money goes missing. seen it on a max bet hand too and yeah im still salty about that one

If that was NetBet on mobile, yeah I’ve seen their live blackjack seat just go stupid on a split, interface is junk. I screwed up once and didn’t screenshot the hand right away, learned that much, support was dead weight and acted like the missing hand never existed
