live roulette repeat button doubled my stake without showing it in slip

So I was playing live roulette and hit the repeat button on my last bet, expecting it to just double the exact same wager I’d just placed. On the betting interface, the amount didn’t show as doubled, and my slip didn’t reflect it, but after the spin finished, my balance was down twice as much as I meant. No message or warning or anything.

Has anyone else run into something like this? I’m trying to figure out if it’s a glitch or some weird rule with the repeat button on live tables. Would you reach out to support, or is this just how these systems work sometimes?
