account verification timer reset

so i hit a snag with the verification thing - i uploaded everything they wanted passport, proof of address, selfie, all of that, got the notice my docs were under review, then out of nowhere the timer for verification started over like i’d just registered. support said to “just wait,” but the clock ticking back to 72 hours after i was almost through has me second-guessing if it’s a glitch or if they’re asking for more docs and the system didn’t tell me. anyone else run into this? feels like i’m stuck on a loop.

i usually keep a pdf backup of all my uploads just in case, but i don’t want to flood them with the same stuff if it’s only a bug. some folks say live dealer accounts take longer, but this isn’t my first time verifying and it hasn’t dragged like this before. does it make sense to just hang tight, or should i nudge them again before the timer runs out?
