identity check loop

Trying to verify my account again for withdrawals and it's just a constant loop of identity checks. Uploaded the usual stuff like passport and proof of address, but the site keeps kicking me back to the start every time I submit. No new info requests, nothing flagged, just that never-ending merry-go-round. I stick to crypto sites for smoother cashouts and because I've had it with banks freezing random deposits, but this one feels a little too Kafkaesque even for me.

I’m not getting all worked up since patience usually pays off, but I’m starting to wonder if there’s something in my setup making it glitchy.
