promo email says eligible but app says account not qualified

Got one of those promo emails for a reload bonus, literally says my name and “you’re eligible” all over it. Fired up the app and tried to claim it, but it tells me my account doesn’t qualify. Checked my account history, no weird activity or anything that would flag it. Even re-read the terms, nothing out of the ordinary.

Anyone else run into this? Feels like the communication between marketing and the actual promo logic in the app is just broken. Pretty frustrating when you start to plan your deposit around these things. Would be interested to hear if there’s a pattern with certain types of promos or if it’s totally random.

Same here. I had 3 promo emails in june and the app rejected every one.

nah i dont buy random at all, 3 in a month sounds like theyre blasting an old list and nobody cleaned it up. had the same crap around a blackjack reload once, support acted like it was some mystery meanwhile the timestamp on the email was already stale lol 🙃

3 in june doesnt prove random tbh it usually means geo or odds-market exclusions arent syncing on the sportsbook side. i had one tied to nba props, email hit fine then app blocked bc my state tab wasnt eligible lol weak !!!

Maybe it’s not “broken” so much as they’ve got your account sitting in some quiet risk bucket. Still, yesss, I’ve had it happen. The part that annoys me isn’t the email, it’s that they’ll happily let you deposit first and sort out the “not qualified” part after. That’s not a glitch to me, that’s design. I mostly noticed it after mixing in Poker and lower-hold stuff instead of feeding the same dumb SGPs they want. Suddenly the promos get weird. From my own run lately, once an account gets tagged as less profitable, the offers turn into candle smoke, smells nice, nothing there.

Yeah, I’ve had that kind of split-brain thing before. If the promo engine can’t even agree with the email, I’m not trusting it on a Live Dealer reload either. Last one I saw vanished 14 minutes after deposit and support sent 3 different canned replies.

Honestly i don’t even buy that it’s “broken,” that’s just how these promo emails work now: blast first, let the app say no later. Had one last month where the email swore i was in, i loaded the app, poked through that confusing little maze for ten minutes, and surpriseee, “not qualified” same old casino & sportsbook reviews story
