promo email said eligible but cashier says not available in my region

Got a promo email this morning saying I was good to claim a sports bonus, so I moved some crypto over to take advantage. When I went to the cashier section, it just says the promo isn’t available for my region. Not the first time either, seems like every few months there’s a mismatch between what the emails say and what’s actually doable.

Not sure if this is just sloppy targeting or some crypto thing with where the platform thinks I’m logging in from. Anyone else dealing with these mixed signals from promos? Curious if I’m missing some workaround, or if it’s just a thing where these promos really are that random depending on where you’re logging in from.

Yeah, that’s a thing, and no, there usually isn’t some secret workaround unless you enjoy donating your afternoon to support. The email system blasts everybody, the cashier is where the real answer lives. I’ve had the same garbage with Live Dealer stuff especially, promo says I’m in, lobby shows the tables, then one click later suddenly my region is some kind of forbidden kingdom. Crypto has nothing magical to do with it either, they’ll happily take the deposit first and figure out your location rules after, amazing system. If the cashier says unavailable, I treat that as dead and move on, saves a lot of pointless pen chewing and screen staring

Yeah nah, that’s not a crypto mystery lol, it’s just trash promo targeting. I’ve had the exact same nonsense on live dealer offers where the email’s all “you’re eligible mate” and then cashier goes nope. Cashier is the real answer every time, the email is basically spam with better lighting lmao. If they let you deposit first and block the promo after, that’s the bit that annoys me. Feels sloppy as hell, not random, just badly run segmentation.
