Went into my promos and saw a casino reload offer that showed up as eligible. It was there, and I hit the opt-in button, but now it's just gone. Not even a trace in my promo tracker and it’s not in the inbox. I took a screenshot but support just keeps giving me those generic responses like “if it disappeared you’re not eligible,” which doesn’t make sense because it literally said I was. Not the first time this kind of thing’s happened either.
