casino removed my weekend offer because i opted into another promotion first

I had a casino take away my weekend reload because I activated a free spins offer earlier that day. No warning, just said my account wasn’t eligible anymore because of “overlapping promotions.” Both promos were supposed to be for all players but I guess the fine print had something else. Honestly, it feels sneaky and I would’ve gone for the reload if they’d just shown a popup or something.

I know there’s always some promo order or terms to watch for, but do you all have a routine for double checking this stuff? Or do you just go for whichever promo sounds best at the moment and hope for the best?

Honestly I don’t “hope for the best” with bonuses anymore, I screenshot the promo page first. Had support put my reload back once when the timestamp showed their own page said all players, so yeah push back a bit

Classic crypto casino move: promo first, rules later.

Yeah I pick one and move on, crypto casinos pull this promo stack crap a lot.

Yeah, same. I quit touching the free spins offer first, especially on slots. Nine times out of ten it’s the shiny thing they dangle so they can quietly burn the better reload behind it. From my end, free spins are usually tied to some narrow game list, tiny win cap, and then support acts surprised when you ask why the weekend deal vanished. If I see spins and cash bonus on the same day, I assume they do NOT stack unless somebody states it in plain English right there. If they make me guess, I skip it.

I skip promos that can stack weird, if the casino can't say that plain on one screen i'm already over it
