casino removed my weekend cashback because i played one restricted game.

I hit a snag with my regular weekend cashback promo. Turns out, I played one of those games buried in the restricted list and they yanked my cashback completely. No warning, nothing, just gone from my account. I get the idea behind restrictions, but taking the whole thing away for one misstep feels like overkill, especially when the game wasn’t flagged up front. Makes me rethink even bothering with bonuses if it’s this easy to slip up.

Anyone else run into this? Not sure if it’s worth arguing with support or just move on.

If the game wasn't clearly flagged anywhere during the promo, I'd still ask support for a manual review. There's a difference between a restriction being buried in the full terms and being clearly communicated when you're actually playing.

Yeah, happened to me on roulette, dumb little side-bet variant tucked in with the normal tables and boom promo gone, lol. That’s why I side-eye bonuses now, not on some moral crusade, I’m just salty because they’ll let you lose 80 spins first then suddenly remember the rules. If it’s like $20, move on. If it’s real money, argue once with timestamps and the exact game name, then stop feeding them your weekend.

Yeah had that crap before, support just copy-pastes terms lol. One restricted spin and they nuke the lot, that's why I stopped chasing bonuses and stick to poker, way less stupid.

oh ive had this exact stupid little gotcha lol and yeah it feels scammy as hell when one random restricted slot nukes the whole weekend cashback !!! id still hit support once just to make them spell out where tf it was flagged bc sometimes they toss a courtesy credit if u push a little. i messed this up once and now i just assume bonus terms are written by demons lmao
