casino cashback excluded jackpot games after promo page said all slots count

saw a cashback promo, page said “all slots” count toward wagering. played a bunch of regular slots plus some jackpot ones, then support told me jackpot games don’t count for cashback, only the base slots. promo page didn’t mention any exception and i checked the t&cs for game exclusions before playing. feels a bit like they changed the rules after the fact, or expect us to know what “all slots” means isn’t literally all slots.

i’ve seen some casinos pull similar stunts on table games, like counting only some blackjack or roulette versions for wagering. but usually the game lists are clear. has anyone managed to argue this and get cashback honored, or do they just stick to the “software error” excuse? what’s the best move here - push support, or just leave it and take the loss as variance?

Push it. “All slots” means all slots, not jackpot roulette BS.

“software error” is the house version of “my dog ate the homework,” tbh. Push it ONCE, hard, with the promo screenshot and your play log total. If the page said all slots, that’s the whole ballgame. I had one skin cough up $84 in cashback only after i pasted the timestamped banner back at them three times. Without receipts, they go deaf fast. Same nonsense as those poker reload promos where one buried clause magically appears after you lose. Cute trick, not an accident.
