casino cashback calculated on net loss but excluded live dealer losses somehow

My last cashback promo said it was based on net losses, but after checking, they didn’t count any of my live dealer roulette or blackjack losses for it. Only the RNG games and slots showed up in the cashback summary. The rules only mentioned “casino games” with no hint that live dealer was excluded, so I’m not sure if this is normal across sites or just a sneaky one-off. It’s kind of frustrating since live dealer’s what I play the most, and those sessions can swing hard.

Anyone else run into this? Do most casinos leave out live dealer losses from cashback these days or is it still common to get credited for them too?

Yeah, I got burned by that once on live Blackjack lol, assumed “casino” meant all of it, nope. My blunt take: if they dont spell out live dealer in the cashback terms, theyre probably excluding it on purpose, thats the tell!!!
