Honestly I don’t “hope for the best” with bonuses anymore, I screenshot the promo page first. Had support put my reload back once when the timestamp showed their own page said all players, so yeah push back a bit

It's not a scam thing, it's a cap thing, and yeah they do it all the time. Full stake goes in, bonus comes back capped, same same promo garbage

Nah the part that put me off was the bonus tracking, real real sloppy. I had a little reload promo there and the progress kept jumping like it forgot two bets then remembered one, so I just stopped touching promos and used crypto cash only, way less annoying
