fanduel live roulette accepted neighbour chips then paid only the straight number.

played a few spins of live roulette and threw out a neighbor bet on 21 with a couple chips on the surrounding numbers, like always. dealer called the bet, chips were visible on the layout, but when 21 actually hit, i only got paid for the straight up, not the neighbors. asked chat and they said the system sometimes "misses" edge bets, but i double checked and have a screenshot showing the neighbors marked. this ever happen to anyone else? not sure if i should chase this with support or just chalk it up to "glitches happen." any of you have a story where they fixed it for you, or does this go nowhere?
