caesars live roulette history shows zero but my neighbour bet paid nothing.

So this was weird last night, we’re playing live roulette and the history shows a zero came up on the last spin. But my neighbor at the table was telling me he bet on zero, and he didn’t get paid. Dude looked at me like maybe he made a mistake, but he seemed pretty sure. The dealer just moved on and no one said much, but we double checked the history right after and it still shows zero hit.

Anyone else seen something like that? Glitch with the live feed, or is there a way bets get voided last second? Never seen a discrepancy between what the history says and what actually gets paid out. Do I tell him to contact support, or is this something that just happens sometimes?
