caesars roulette voided my straight bet win because round got “reconciled” later.

I had this weird thing happen last night - put down a straight up bet on 22, ball lands on 22, pretty sure I’m finally getting that payout, but then the table flashes an error and after a few minutes the whole round gets “reconciled” and my win just vanishes. The live dealer says it’s a tech issue and they’re refunding everyone. Apparently the round doesn’t count. Never had a win voided like that before, especially on a straight hit.

I get that technical stuff happens but it feels sketchy when it’s a rare win for the player. Makes me wonder how they handle reconciliation behind the scenes and if there’s any real oversight. Has anyone else dealt with this? Does this happen more often than people talk about, or did I just get unlucky? It really kills trust when the system seems to glitch only when you’re up.
