caesars roulette cancelled my win because provider said ball sensor error.

Was playing roulette online and hit a nice straight-up bet for once, but then got a message saying the round was voided because of a "ball sensor error." Supposedly the provider told the casino to cancel the whole round, so poof, win gone. Pretty rough considering I almost never see the number land my way and when it does, I get nada.

Anyone else had something like this? Makes me side-eye every glitch now, like are these legit tech problems or a fancy way for the casino to save itself when too many people win? I get stuff happens, but my balance definitely feels cursed. If this starts happening more, might be better sticking to something like poker where the only sensor you have to worry about is your own gut.
