caesars roulette history showed number hit but my bet slip settled as loss

Was spinning some roulette and saw my number actually hit, at least that’s what the “recent numbers” display showed. But when I checked my bet slip, it had already been settled as a loss and I got none of the payout. Not the first time something weird happened with these online histories, but first time it’s this obvious. I triple checked to make sure I actually had my chips on the right number, so pretty sure I didn’t just click the wrong thing.

Anyone else ever have this happen? I kinda want to reach out to support but I already know they’re just gonna say it’s a “display error” or blame it on lag. Still, it’s the principle of the thing. Not really sure how often these little glitches screw players, but it’s enough to make a guy reach for his backup batteries and look at crypto casinos again.
