deposit bonus applied but cashier still says no active promotion

so this is new for me, i got a deposit bonus, email said it’s applied, everything looked fine but the cashier section still shows “no active promotion” at the top. i’m used to seeing the current bonus tracking right there, so now i’m over here triple-checking if i did something wrong or if it’s just a glitch. made sure i used the code, waited for the confirmation, the whole routine.

slots credits showed up, but no sign of wagering progress or playthrough meter anywhere. i like to keep tabs so i don’t end up missing out by accident. trying not to tilt but my receipts folder is getting a workout today. does this ever happen to anybody else or should i be bugging customer support about it?
