bonus code not working

I put in this bonus code from the promo email and it keeps telling me “invalid or expired,” but the thing is, the email says it’s good until the end of next week. I triple checked for typos, even copy-pasted, so unless my keyboard is pranking me, I don’t think that’s the problem. It’s for a deposit match and honestly, I was pumped to finally have an excuse to break my streak of roulette misfortune.

Not my first rodeo with promo codes, but this is the first time one’s flopped so hard. The fine print looks like a labyrinth but I didn’t see any weird restrictions. I’m always careful about the small stuff since I got burned once by not ticking a box - never again. Anyone else dealing with this right now? Did yours work or did you have to contact support or something?

Yeah, I’ve had promo emails hit after my account was already excluded from the campaign pool, lol. Real exciting stuff. If a room can’t sync an email blast with account flags, I’m not burning time on it. I’ll just play Poker where at least the bad beat is honest, lmao.

“Invalid or expired” usually means account-level lock, sure, but sometimes it’s dumber than that: the code only attaches on one deposit rail and the email never says it. Had one that failed on PayPal, worked on debit, same minute. Casino promo copy is written by houseplants.

Nah lol support isn’t the magic spell here, the promo system is probably just busted. I’ve had this exact clown show where roulette code says live in email and backend still flags dead. I’d skip the bonus and just play Blackjack straight up instead of chasing their janky promo maze lmao
