bonus code not working

I put in this bonus code from the promo email and it keeps telling me “invalid or expired,” but the thing is, the email says it’s good until the end of next week. I triple checked for typos, even copy-pasted, so unless my keyboard is pranking me, I don’t think that’s the problem. It’s for a deposit match and honestly, I was pumped to finally have an excuse to break my streak of roulette misfortune.
