promo code expired already?

Had my eye on that promo code they were pushing last week, figured I’d claim it tonight after finishing up some overtime. Turns out when I go to use it, says it’s expired. I thought it was supposed to be good till tomorrow. Not the end of the world but I’m a bit frustrated because I had set aside a decent chunk to play roulette with the bonus in mind. Always feels like the timing is just a bit off for me with these.

Does anyone know if they ever honor those promo codes after the listed date, or is it just gone once it hits midnight? Never tried asking support because I don’t want to sound like I’m begging for a handout. Just curious if it’s worth reaching out, or if it’s pretty much standard that once it’s expired, that’s it.
