reload offer said deposit by midnight but disappeared 2 hours early

So I got this reload promo in my inbox yesterday, the usual “deposit by midnight for extra spins” kind of thing. I tried to make a deposit just after 10 PM but the bonus wasn’t showing up anywhere. Usually there’s a claim button or at least the banner sticks around until the actual deadline, but this time it vanished almost two hours before the supposed cutoff. The terms definitely said midnight. No timezone mentioned, but these offers usually match my local time or at least give some warning if not.

This isn’t the first time I’ve seen the clock run out on a promo early, though it’s usually just 10 - 20 minutes off, not this much. I know casinos sometimes do a manual cut-off for accounting or whatever, but if you put midnight, that should be it. Anyone else run into reloads or free spin deals ending before the time listed? Did support do anything for you or am I just out of luck on this one?
