Weekly reload missing?

Not sure if anyone else is seeing this but my weekly reload promo didn’t show up this morning. Usually I can just claim it with a couple clicks every Friday but today there’s nothing on the dashboard or even in the promo tab. I’ve been doing crypto deposits like always and met the playthrough, so unless they changed the requirements overnight I’m a bit lost.

Is it possible they just paused the bonus for some users or is this a known thing with reloads lately? Kind of messes up my weekly roulette routine since I always plan my bankroll around it. Anyone else have this issue or know if it’s worth waiting it out versus reaching out to chat support right away?

yeah buddy id hit support rn not wait around. when a weekly reload just vanishes its usually not some mystery its just promo logic being janky or they quietly excluded a chunk of accounts for the day. i stopped building my live dealer roulette session around those things bc half the time the bonus page updates slower than the cashier and support acts like its normal. had it happen after a crypto depo and they basically made me send timestamps like im doing visitor research for them. if ur routine only works when the reload lands thats kinda the bad part tbh

Maybe paused, but chat now, slots promos do this ALL the time

Slots vanish more than roulette in my experience, I'd hit chat now, not wait for magic to fix it
