reload offer vanished from cashier right after i deposited

So I was logged in, saw this reload promo in the cashier, read the terms twice, then made my deposit. Literally within two minutes, the offer vanished - like, gone from the cashier and not in my available bonuses. Now my balance shows the deposit, but there’s zero sign of the promo. I checked my screenshot to make sure I wasn’t seeing things. I didn’t opt in before depositing since the terms just said deposit and claim.

  1. Anyone else had reloads disappear the second you deposit?

  2. Do they ever credit the bonus after or am I just out of luck now?

Do you bother reaching out to support or just move on?

Blackjack reloads do this too, lol. Had a 50% up to $100 vanish post-deposit, support only fixed it with the screenshot

Nahhh I wouldn’t just “move on,” that’s exactly the lazy casino nonsense that bugs me lol. I had a $50 reload evaporate after a $200 deposit, then the same night a Blackjack session got capped at 5 hands before “maintenance” lmao, if it disappears that fast, I assume it was bait.

nah, the part people miss is cashier promos and claimable promos are not always the same bucket, dumb as hell!!! i've had deposits qualify, then bonus desk says "not targeted" like okay man
