reload promo counted deposits but not the bonus bets

noticed something weird with the reload bonuses lately. did a reload deposit last week, got the bonus funds as expected. started betting with both the deposit and the bonus bets, played a mix of single number spins and a couple of football accas. when i checked the wagering progress, it was only counting the stakes from my deposit. none of the bonus bet stakes moved the meter at all. support just repeated their t&c line, “bonus funds only count once converted” or something like that.

don’t remember it working like this before. usually every bet, win or lose, would tick the progress along, unless it was free bets. these were bonus funds that showed up as cash in the balance, not as free bets or vouchers. just feels off, maybe the terms changed? might have to avoid these reloads if it stays like this. anyone else run into this with bonus funds not actually helping clear the rollover?
