stake reload said active but wager page showed no bonus attached.

So I got one of those reload promos. The page said it was active right after I opted in, so I made a deposit, but then when I went to the wager requirements page, it showed I had no bonus attached. I didn’t see anything in the bonus history either, even though it let me claim. I double checked and my balance looked normal, no bonus funds or anything. I held off on playing because I didn’t want to risk messing up the eligibility.

I’m wondering if anyone’s seen something similar happen. Not sure if this is one of those cases where the reload tracks in the background and only shows up after a play, or if it’s a glitch where it doesn’t actually activate. I usually like to be cautious so I didn’t start betting. Curious if there’s any trick to making sure you’re really opted in before you go on a run.
