vip reload not showing

Not sure if anyone else is running into this, but my usual Monday vip reload didn’t show up at all today. The page still has the ad for it, but it’s blank under available bonuses for me. I’m used to seeing it automatically pop up, so it’s weird to have nothing. I checked terms, haven’t hit any max or missed a deposit lately. Account is fully verified, no issues with that side.

Could it just be a glitch or do they sometimes quietly pause promotions? Last thing I want is to deposit expecting the reload and get nothing. Anyone seen this happen before or know if support is quick about fixing promo errors?
