vip reload not showing

Not sure if anyone else is running into this, but my usual Monday vip reload didn’t show up at all today. The page still has the ad for it, but it’s blank under available bonuses for me. I’m used to seeing it automatically pop up, so it’s weird to have nothing. I checked terms, haven’t hit any max or missed a deposit lately. Account is fully verified, no issues with that side.

Could it just be a glitch or do they sometimes quietly pause promotions? Last thing I want is to deposit expecting the reload and get nothing. Anyone seen this happen before or know if support is quick about fixing promo errors?

Live Dealer can be fine while the promo service is half-dead, yeah. I’ve had slots still track spins but the bonus wallet stay empty for 6 hours. One Monday it showed back up at 14:07 with a 40x tag slapped on, like nothing happened.

I'd definitely avoid depositing until the reload actually appears on the account. If it's missing from the available bonuses, I'd want confirmation before putting money in expecting it to trigger.

Maybe glitch, sure, but i wouldnt deposit on a monday ad. Seen roulette promos vanish mid-day and support moves SLOW.
