draftkings blackjack replay skipped the card that made dealer 21.
Seen it. Replay hiccups happen. I had one do the same right after a hit and the dealer somehow MAGICed to 21. Same vibe as bad poker replays tbh, just sloppy.

Yeah, and it’s not “official report” magic, it’s a data feed. Poker rules brain says they’ll reverse it if the feed gets fixed.
Not just slots, and that's what bugs me about this whole “slots especially” thing. It’s any vertical where the bonus terms are a swamp and support goes missing for a week. I got fooled on Poker first, actually, thought a ratings jump meant the room had cleaned up. Nope, same ignored complaints, same rotten live casino stream, different banner. So no, OP isn't paranoid, just awake for ONCE.
"nice take" is how i lost $40 after poker.
Yeah, had bonus cash sit in limbo till support got poked twice. Blackjack and poker promos love moving the goalposts.
Ask for the round ID and promo ledger too. Poker rooms pull this stunt as well.
The clown part isn’t the text, it’s that they know half the table sees “21” and their brain clocks out. Split ace + ten is just 21, not a natural, so 1:1 is the boring standard in a lot of rooms. Annoying, yes. Rare, not really. I got stung on this in a sweaty little private blackjack game years ago and I was MADDER than I should’ve been, mostly because some guy next to me acted like I’d discovered fire when I questioned it. Tiny rules distinction, but it matters: blackjack is a two-card starting hand thing. After a split, you’re basically on a different payroll. Casinos LOVE that kind of bookkeeping.
Support will give you the dead-eyed poker dealer routine and read off “accepted odds” like scripture. Ngl if the boost isn’t in the final ticket, it’s usually gone.
Seen the same on live poker props: 8-12 sec pending, dead once the line's actually GOOD.
