Sticky respin froze?

was playing my usual slot grind and got the sticky respin feature, but after like the third respin, the whole thing just froze up. didn’t crash or kick me off, it just sat there stuck with the music looping and the reels not moving. honestly didn’t wanna mess with it too much so i left it running for a bit, but nothing changed. ended up closing the tab and reloading, which brought me back in, but it was like the feature never even happened. no bonus money, nothing in the history, just wiped out.
