Jackpot wheel froze?

so i was playing a jackpot wheel slot and right after the spin button, the wheel started to go but then just froze. had a decent chunk in so i let it sit for a few minutes, hoping it would resolve, but nothing happened. closed and reopened, but the game just loaded back to the same frozen wheel, no prompt or anything. tried logging out and coming back in, same spot, same freeze.

does this usually get sorted out automatically, or do you have to push support to unlock the spin? worried because it’s showing the wheel halfway between segments, so i can’t even guess if i was supposed to win or what. i don’t like dealing with support since they usually just throw canned replies at you, but not sure there’s a workaround for this one. anyone else have this happen and did you get your proper result, or was it just written off as a busted session?

If it loads back to the same half-spun wheel, i’d assume it’s stuck until a human pokes it. Had a poker client do that to me once after a disconnect, same dead hand on relog, and support was the ONLY thing that moved it.

Nah, it usually does not just magically sort itself lol, frozen wheel is support-ticket territory and support is usually bot city. Had the same crap on a jackpot wheel once, sat there half on a segment forever, they “reviewed” it and credited the result later, no spin unlock no nothing lmao

Same here. I waited once and got nowhere. Had to push support, and Poker taught me frozen spins usually don't fix themselves.

Had this on a wheel slot twice, and the wheel position means absolutely nothing. It’s theater. The RNG result is usually already decided server-side before the thing even starts wobbling around. Support has to unstick it if it doesn’t settle on reload. Automatically? Sometimes. Patiently waiting is just letting them keep control of the clock. Charming.

Server decides it. The wheel is a screensaver. On mobile slots I've had frozen bonus rounds sit forever till support poked the round ID.
