Jackpot wheel froze?

so i was playing a jackpot wheel slot and right after the spin button, the wheel started to go but then just froze. had a decent chunk in so i let it sit for a few minutes, hoping it would resolve, but nothing happened. closed and reopened, but the game just loaded back to the same frozen wheel, no prompt or anything. tried logging out and coming back in, same spot, same freeze.

does this usually get sorted out automatically, or do you have to push support to unlock the spin? worried because it’s showing the wheel halfway between segments, so i can’t even guess if i was supposed to win or what. i don’t like dealing with support since they usually just throw canned replies at you, but not sure there’s a workaround for this one. anyone else have this happen and did you get your proper result, or was it just written off as a busted session?
