fanduel slot mission froze after i hit a bonus round.

Was grinding through a slot mission for the promo, got into a bonus round, and the whole thing just froze on me. It still shows as “in progress” but I can’t get back in, reload, or collect anything. Never had this specific thing happen before. Don’t even know if the spins I put in are going to count or if I’ve just wasted a chunk of my bankroll and time.

Anyone know how they usually handle these kinds of tech fails? Wondering if it’s worth chasing up support or if this is just another way they get you.
