draftkings slot challenge counted 47 spins then stopped for no reason

Was doing one of those slot challenges where you’re supposed to hit 50 spins. It counted up to 47 just fine, then just froze and wouldn’t go any further. Tried reloading the page and nothing changed, still stuck on 47. Noticed my internet was fine the whole time, so pretty sure it wasn’t a connection issue.

Kind of annoying when these promos glitch out. I play a decent amount of slots and it seems like this happens more often when there’s a challenge or bonus going on. Regular spins never get hung up like this. Guess I’ll probably reach out to support, but not really expecting a quick fix. Has anyone here actually had them give credit for something like this or do they just give you the runaround?

I get that things can go sideways online, but seems like these platforms should have this stuff sorted by now. If this is the norm, maybe I’ll stick to the sites where you just play and don’t bother with these extra tasks.
