Free spins counter stuck?

I hit a bonus this morning and the free spins counter won’t move past 7 even after a few refreshes. I’ve got stable internet and everything else seems normal, but it’s just frozen there. Started worrying that maybe switching browser tabs too fast glitched it out or something. Not sure if it’s a general promo bug or just me, but I always keep a copy of every screen when there’s money involved, so at least I’ve got proof.

This has happened once before, different site, but they sorted it out after a day. Kinda frustrating though because you get that dopamine hit seeing the win then it just sits stuck. Anyone else had this specifically with crypto platforms? I know sometimes they blame browser issues or cookies, but I’m on a pretty clean setup, nothing extra running. Would be nice to hear if it resets automatically or if support has to unstick things manually.
