draftkings slot challenge reset after i cleared browser cache.

so i was halfway through that slots challenge and then cleared my browser cache because things were lagging. when i logged back in, my challenge progress was gone like i never spun a single reel. it’s not my first time losing tracking on some promo but it’s been a while since something just fully reset. i’m usually pretty careful about these things. anyone else see this happen? is it always tied to clearing cache or just a random glitch?

trying to figure out if i should just avoid touching my settings at all when these challenges are up, or if it doesn’t matter and this was just bad luck. kinda a buzzkill to start over but maybe there’s a way to get it back, or just gotta eat it. anyone have tricks for getting your progress back or is that just gone for good?
