fanduel casino app logged me out during bonus round and now replay wont load

Had the weirdest thing happen last night - right in the middle of a sweet bonus on one of those Megaways slots, the casino app kicked me out and made me log back in. When I finally got back, it showed the game screen for half a second, then just a never-ending “replay” spinner that doesn’t go away. Tried force-closing and even uninstalled the app, same deal every time. Bonus round just gone in limbo, I guess. Not my first glitchy experience with these apps, but first time losing a bonus this way. You’d think by now these places would have a more reliable session save, especially during bonuses that actually matter.

I haven’t messaged support yet because their answers are usually copy-pasted and not super helpful. Anyone had this before and actually get the bonus or cashout? I know sometimes they say the round will “complete in the background” but I never saw a result. Pretty annoyed. Kind of hilarious since the free spins probably would’ve paid nothing anyway.
