blackjack promo says pair splits count but split hand wins never moved wagering.

This blackjack bonus promo had me hyped at first since it said pair splits are eligible and you can play anything but live dealer. Split aces always make me think I'm in for some hot streaks. But after grinding through a few split wins, I noticed the winnings from those split hands weren’t moving my wagering progress bar at all. The terms literally say "split hands eligible for wagering," but then the tracker is frozen until I just play base hands again.

Feels pretty sketchy. I even messaged support, and they just copy-pasted the generic terms back at me. Am I missing something? Has anyone actually gotten split hand wins to count towards wagering or is this a widespread thing now with promos?

I’d probably screenshot the terms and the tracker before contacting support again, just to have something concrete.

Sounds like a tracker issue more than anything, Vega’s clearer promo details would definitely be nice.

Yeah, I’d be annoyed too, promo terms should make it clear how split hands are counted.

That’s pretty frustrating, I’d want the wagering tracker explained clearly too, especially with promos on Vega.

Yeah that sounds like promo math doing the stupidest possible thing, they count the split as an eligible action but not the extra hand outcome toward rollover. I’ve seen that kind of garbage on blackjack promos where the original wager tracks and anything created after, split or sometimes even double, just falls into a hole. If your progress bar only moves on base hands, I’d assume it’s intentional and the terms are written sloppy on purpose. Especially if support just pasted terms back, that’s usually the whole answer right there. In atlantic city blackjack I had a $25 split win and the tracker moved exactly $0, same thing, I stopped right then.
