bonus promo says blackjack hands count but doubles and splits did nothing.
I went for this casino bonus that specifically said blackjack hands would contribute to clearing the wagering, but it looks like any hands that ended in splits or doubles aren’t showing up in my qualifying amount. I know sometimes they’ll exclude certain types of play, but this time the terms didn’t mention splits or doubles being non-eligible. I’m not even a big bonus hunter, just figured if it was going to be included, might as well play my usual game.
Kind of feels like a bait-and-switch. It’s not like they were clear about excluding these things and for a blackjack player, splitting and doubling isn’t some loophole, it’s basic strategy. Never had this come up anywhere else and now I’m wondering if this is actually standard for some casinos or if I got hit with a one-off sneaky rule. Has anyone dealt with this before? Curious if it’s a fight worth taking to support or just chalk it up to experience and avoid that place in the future.
