river bluff jam bad

dude, are river jams just never worth it when you’ve bricked every draw? i see guys rip their stack on a blank and think “do they know something i don’t, or is this just pure wishful thinking?” feels like restraint saves more money than hero plays in these spots. i get the argument for putting pressure, but in crypto poker rooms people aren’t folding nearly as much as the old math suggests, especially on nl200 and up.

wondering if i’m just being too nitty or if anybody’s got actual data on river bluff frequency working out over enough hands. i’d rather keep my stack for the next round than gamble it all on a hail mary.

Mostly wishful thinking. Are you even getting enough bonus or rakeback there to justify punting it
