deposit went through but balance still zero and support just says wait

I made a crypto deposit this morning and it's confirmed on the blockchain, but my balance on the casino still shows zero. I reached out to support and they just keep repeating the whole "please wait, processing time varies" line, which isn't really helping since I thought crypto was supposed to be basically instant. Normally this site has been solid for me so I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it's a chunk of money and the lack of transparency is bugging me.

I'm trying to stay calm and not start tilting about it, but I feel like there should be a more structured process or at least a timeline. Anyone else had delays like this with crypto, or am I being overly suspicious?

I screwed this up once, balance finally popped and i was so steamed by then i punted half of it back on slots in like 12 minutes, dumbest part wasnt even the delay. When support goes full script i stop treating that money like its in my account yet, maybe i'm cynical but yeah?!

You're not paranoid. Confirmed deposit with a zero balance isn't "wait," it's support punting.

Maybe unpopular, but no, youre not being paranoid, and also "confirmed" doesnt mean much in crypto casinos if you sent on the wrong network or missed a memo/tag. Thats the one part I always ask first now. I had USDT land on-chain just fine and still sit there because the site only credited ERC20, not TRC20. Support kept it soooo vague I nearly lost it. If they cant tell you the exact coin + network they expected, thats a bad sign, full stop.
