deposit went through but balance still zero and support just says wait

I made a crypto deposit this morning and it's confirmed on the blockchain, but my balance on the casino still shows zero. I reached out to support and they just keep repeating the whole "please wait, processing time varies" line, which isn't really helping since I thought crypto was supposed to be basically instant. Normally this site has been solid for me so I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it's a chunk of money and the lack of transparency is bugging me.

I'm trying to stay calm and not start tilting about it, but I feel like there should be a more structured process or at least a timeline. Anyone else had delays like this with crypto, or am I being overly suspicious?
