stake deposit confirmed on chain but balance still zero and support just says wait

Deposit shows up on chain, like 100% confirmed with enough blocks, but the casino balance is still sitting at zero. Support keeps hitting me back with the same “please be patient, it’s processing” script. Not my first rodeo with delays, but this feels different - I’ve literally had instant credits with the same chain a dozen times before, same wallet and everything. Double checked I used the right address and network too.

I’m not looking to rage about it, just want to be consistent with how I deal with deposits, keep everything tracked, and this waiting game is throwing off my rhythm. Has anyone had this go on more than a couple hours and still get their funds without chasing every few minutes? Wondering if this is normal lately or if I should be doing more on my end. What’s the longest you’ve had to wait after an on-chain confirmation before your balance actually showed up?
