bc.game support says blockchain delay but tx has been confirmed since yesterday.

honestly i don’t get why support keeps blaming “blockchain delays” when my withdrawal has been sitting as confirmed on the explorer since last night. this isn’t my first time running into this excuse either. if it was an actual mempool issue the tx wouldn’t even show as confirmed, right? they act like the blockchain’s some black box that nobody can look at. you’d think they could just check the same explorer link i sent them.

i don’t buy the idea that it’s a “technical hold” when literally every other casino i’ve used processes these within an hour, even on high network load. am i missing some hidden step where funds just hang out on their end for fun, or is it just stalling at this point? has anyone had support actually own up to a mistake or is it always just the “blockchain delay” shuffle?
