casino support says tx hash is invalid but same hash opens fine on explorer

so i made a deposit yesterday and the casino support keeps telling me my tx hash is “invalid” and to check my wallet, but the exact same hash opens right up on the explorer and shows confirmed as usual. i’ve copy-pasted it like 5 times just to make sure i didn’t screw up, and even checked for any sneaky spaces or typos

not my first time playing here and never had this issue before. always figured support was just slow not clueless but now i’m thinking they might not even know how to use the explorer. anyone else run into this? feels like they’re just stalling and hoping i forget about it. makes me trust their process even less, and i barely trust any site to begin with tbh
