casino support says tx hash is invalid but same hash opens fine on explorer

so i made a deposit yesterday and the casino support keeps telling me my tx hash is “invalid” and to check my wallet, but the exact same hash opens right up on the explorer and shows confirmed as usual. i’ve copy-pasted it like 5 times just to make sure i didn’t screw up, and even checked for any sneaky spaces or typos

not my first time playing here and never had this issue before. always figured support was just slow not clueless but now i’m thinking they might not even know how to use the explorer. anyone else run into this? feels like they’re just stalling and hoping i forget about it. makes me trust their process even less, and i barely trust any site to begin with tbh

Yeah, I’ve had this once on TRON and it was pure support brain fog. Explorer showed confirmed, they kept saying “invalid” like a blackjack dealer reading the wrong upcard 😑 I resent the hash, the deposit address, and the timestamp in one lump and suddenly they found it.

Timestamp? Nah lol if the hash resolves, support can read a block explorer same as roulette odds, they just don't wanna bother...

If they keep giving the same generic answer without explaining the issue, that would make me less confident in their support process.

I had this once on a slots deposit. Hash was fine, their back end was sulking. Support read from a script for two days.

Yeah, same energy here: if the hash resolves on the explorer, support saying “invalid” is just them fumbling basic poker-site ops.

Check the transaction status, amount, token, network, and destination address before escalating it.
