Cloudbet tx hash rejected

anyone else ever have a crypto deposit kicked back because the tx hash was “rejected”? i had a deposit hang for almost a day, then support said the hash was invalid and to re-send. but i checked the explorer and the hash was definitely legit, confirmed on chain, nothing weird on my end. ended up having to resend, which means more network fees, plus a pile of messages back and forth with support who mostly pasted canned replies.

wondering if this is some layer of automated fraud prevention, or if their system just glitches and drops the txs. i feel like crypto deposits should be bulletproof but more and more i’m seeing weird stuff like this across the board. did anyone get actual answers from support about why these get flagged? always paranoid that something in their backend is filtering based on some odd metric we don’t know about.
