casino says my payout was sent but explorer still shows nothing

they told me my withdrawal is “processed” but i can’t find any tx id anywhere and the blockchain shows zero for my wallet. i get how some places mark payouts early but usually there’s at least a pending transaction. support just keeps saying “wait for network confirmation” which is wild when nothing’s even broadcast yet. not my first rodeo with slow payouts, but this one feels sketchier than usual.

anyone ever had this and actually ended up getting paid, or should i start chasing harder?
